Hi-tech kids

This shows that kids these days live in an electronic age. We have been careful to not put batteries in all of Miss Pot's toys and occassionally have changed the battery on an old hand me down.

However, today we were back at Dr. P's office for Paati's stress test. Last week we were at the same place for thatha's stress test and at that time one of the TV's was showing a cartoon strip of a Dr. Owl and an Ostrich patient alternately with a heart and veins and arteires etc. She loved both these bits and so when we showed up today she was disappointed to see that TV show a black screen (it was turned off).

Miss Pot asked "Amma yen Dr. Owl varala? yennaku heart pakanam." I was too lazy to go ask the receptionist if she could turn it on. I looked at Miss Pot and said "TV vela pannala - fix pannanum - Aunty aproma fix pannuva." She said " Oh - TV fix pannanum? Battery podanum, battery pota TV fix azhdum." Hee hee.. good thing she did not march over to the receptionist and tell her that!
