Over the holidays, N's 9 and 6 year old cousins visited and introduced us all to game they call 'Indiana Jones'.
This seems to be an innovative variation of rock-paper-scissors modeled after the fedora wearing-bull whip toting-archeologist from George Lucas' ever popular franchise. Quite entertaining and time-passing when you are driving through the bleak landscape of West-Texas with a bunch of kids in a minivan...
Anyways, Miss N did not seem to have played this game much with her older cousins... as we noticed her playing with us and saying 'Imbiama Germs', 'Imbiama Germs', 'Imbiama Germs', 'Imbiama Germs'!!
Despite her amazing vocabulary for a 4 year old and her very quick grasp of usage and context of the English language, she does make this kind of endearing 'mistake' every now and then.
These are the times that I hope and wish for her to keep these 'mistakes' alive a short while longer... just a teeny bit longer to keep her at the 4 year-old level that she is and should be at :)
