Monkey Business

Ok - it's no secret that J is physically very strong. He stuns me everyday with his precise movements and steadiness in his hand and leg coordination etc. In the past couple of months he has also started getting more adventurous. Still a little cautious but a lot more daring. Today he walked on the small 6 inch beam protruding from the railing by the staircase upstairs and as the stairs come down the beam is parallel to the floor upstairs. He reached the corner with the middle landing of the staircase a few feet below him. He then proceeds to dangle one foot out and smile and dance.. yiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiikes! So V went and got him down. *Phew*. Note to self - don't let the boy out of sight even for a second.
