my thoppai is singing

We woke up yesterday morning and got dressed to go swimming. As we were walking downstairs to get a quick milk/breakfast J sings out " I can't go swimming because my thoppai is singing" and he smiles. His empty stomach was grumbling and it was cute to see him to refer to it as 'singing'
